In this course, we’ll work with breathing, body awareness, range of movement & flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation.
We’ll ask questions, explore movement with mindfulness, connect with lovely new people , and maybe even fall a little bit in love with yoga .
This course is perfect for you if you’ve never tried yoga before, or if you have some experience and want to deepen and strengthen your practice.
The course consists of 5 classes.

If you are practicing any kind of dance more than once a week then you are a dancer and this course is for you!
In this course we will create body awareness, learn how to support our body when moving, bring mindfulness to our movements and create a space for recovery.
No previous experience in yoga needed. We will be working our way up.
The course is devided in different thematics that are connected to eachother and each class has a slightly different focus.
