F L O W is short for FindLife Of Wonder

In psychology, the term wonder is an emotion that involves elements of surprise, curiosity, contemplation and joy (Neel Burton M.D.). A state of consciousness and emotion awakened by something singularly beautiful, rare, or unexpected. To experience wonder is to be deeply moved and inspired by a marvel, to awake an interest, to desire knowledge with curiosity. Flow is also a mental state. It is discribed as an operatinal state in which the person is fully immersed in what they are doing, characterized by a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one. Your whole being is involved, and you're using your skills to the utmost. To achieve a flow state, a balance must be struck between the challenge of the task and the skill of the performer. If the task is too easy or too difficult, flow cannot occur (New World Encyclopedia) .
